  • I’m Liz – founder of LivWell Family.

    I’m a nurse, former Health Visitor, teacher and mum of five, and I’ve spent years walking with families through the highs and lows of real life.

    I know what it is to be exhausted, to worry about your children, to juggle health, work, school, sleep, behaviour and big emotions – all while trying to hold everything together.

    I’ve lived it personally in my own home, and professionally with hundreds of families I’ve supported.

    At LivWell Family, I bring all of that together – practical, evidence-based support + real-life experience + gentle, faith-filled encouragement – so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

    • BSc (Hons) Public Health + teaching qualifications

    • Mum of five, including children who have faced sleep difficulties & anxiety

    • Lived experience of serious illness & recovery – I understand burnout & rebuilding

    • Supported well over 100 families with sleep, behaviour & family wellbeing
