When a child doesn’t sleep, no one in the family truly lives… they just survive.

Do you need help getting your child to sleep?

If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. Many parents reach this point not because they’re doing something wrong, but because they’re carrying too much on too little rest.

This sleep support is designed to help you pause, breathe, and look at the whole picture, so you can find a way forward that genuinely fits your family. Every child is different and every home has its own rhythm. That’s why the approach is personalised, realistic, and rooted in your values, your routines, and your child’s developmental and emotional needs.

With five children and years of experience supporting hundreds of families as a nurse, specialist family nurse, health visitor, and educator, Liz works with families facing infant, child, and teen sleep difficulties, bedtime battles and night-time anxiety, exhaustion-driven behaviour challenges, and the challenge of creating routines and rhythms that actually work in real family life.

We don’t promise a “perfect” child or a “perfect” routine.

We do aim for more rest, less chaos, and better nights, because life is short, and if there’s an area we can genuinely improve, let’s do it.

Why LivWell is Different

(This is not a one-size-fits-all method)

It is a structured, personalised, evidence-informed approach that:

Looks at health and developmental factors

Reviews total sleep and timing

Identifies sleep associations

Considers emotional security

Assesses environment and habits

Aligns with your family’s values and goals

We do not chase perfect sleep.

We build sustainable rhythm.

No rigid scripts.

No pressure to change everything overnight.

No judgement.

Just clear guidance that fits your family.

How it works

Simple. Gentle. Designed for tired parents.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or have all the answers. This is support that meets you exactly where you are.

1. Book a time that works for you

Choose a session that fits around naps, school runs, feeds, work, or bedtime.

Consultations are held online via Zoom, so you can join from your sofa, nursery chair, or wherever feels comfortable.

Once booked, you will receive:

A confirmation email, your secure Zoom link and an optional short sleep questionnaire (only if you want to complete it).

If you do not have the headspace to fill anything in, that is completely fine. We will talk it through together.

2. Your 1-to-1 consultation

This is a calm, judgement-free, structured conversation — not a lecture.

We’ll gently explore:

Your child’s current sleep pattern

Total sleep in 24 hours

Bedtime routine and sleep associations

Night waking and early rising patterns

Environmental factors

Developmental influences

What you hope sleep will look like for your family

We identify the root causes first, then build a realistic plan. You will not leave wondering what to do next.

3. A clear, achievable plan

After the session, you will receive:

A personalised written summary

A step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your child

Relevant guidance sheets

A sleep diary if helpful

Reassurance about what is normal for your child’s age

This is not vague advice. It is a structured path forward.

4. Ongoing support (if you want it)

Some families need one focused session.

Others prefer follow-up support while implementing changes.

You are never locked into anything. You choose what feels right for you.

Who this programme supports

Families experiencing:

Bedtime resistance, night waking, early rising, sleep associations, nap transitions, separation anxiety, sleep-related behaviour challenges, exhaustion affecting the whole household.

And parents who simply want clarity, confidence, and calmer nights.

What We Don’t Promise

We do not promise:

A “perfect” sleeper

A rigid routine that ignores real life

Pressure to use methods that do not sit well with you

What we do aim for is:

More rest.

Less chaos.

Better nights.

Stronger confidence.

Because when sleep improves, family life improves.

When you’re ready

Support should feel like relief and not another task on your list.

If you are ready to move from surviving to steadier nights, we are here to walk alongside you.

Book your session when you are ready.
