These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, digital content and physical products provided by Beautifully Handcrafted Limited trading as LivWell, LivWell Family and Life 2.0.
By using this website, booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Services” includes sleep consultations, coaching, Life 2.0 courses, journalling programmes, workshops and business mentoring.
“Digital Content” includes downloadable journals, workbooks, courses, videos and online materials.
“Goods” includes physical journals, candles and related products.
2. Booking and Payment – Services
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling – Services
More than 48 hours before your appointment: full refund or reschedule.
Between 24 and 48 hours: 50 percent refund or one reschedule.
Less than 24 hours: no refund.
Missed appointments without notice are non refundable.
Follow up sessions included in a package must be used within 7 days of the agreed review date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions are non refundable and non transferable.
4. Consumer Cancellation Rights – Services
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel a service purchased online.
However, this right does not apply once:

  • The service has begun with your express consent.

  • Digital content has been accessed.

  • The service has been fully delivered.

If you request that a service begins within the 14 day cancellation period, you acknowledge that your cancellation right may be reduced once delivery starts.
5. Digital Content
All digital downloads, online courses, journals and resources are non refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Digital content is licensed for personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, share, reproduce or resell any materials without written permission.
6. Goods – Physical Products
A legally binding contract is formed when goods are dispatched.
We aim to deliver within 30 days. Delivery times are estimates only.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order (except personalised items).
You then have 14 days to return goods.
Return postage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or proof of return.
Personalised or bespoke products are exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
7. No Guarantee of Results
All services are delivered professionally and ethically. However, outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances.
We do not guarantee specific results from sleep coaching, Life 2.0 programmes, journalling work or business mentoring.
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with outcomes.
8. Medical and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our services are educational and supportive in nature.
They do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric advice.
You must consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
We reserve the right to decline services where complex medical, safeguarding or psychological concerns are present.
9. Business Coaching Disclaimer
Business mentoring and strategy sessions provide guidance only.
We do not guarantee financial results, revenue growth or business success.
All decisions remain your responsibility.
10. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information.
You remain responsible for decisions made following coaching or course participation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials including:

  • Life 2.0 frameworks

  • Journal prompts

  • Course content

  • Sleep programmes

  • Branding and design

remain the intellectual property of Beautifully Handcrafted Limited.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
13. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, introduce harmful code or attempt unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw website content without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Sleep and family services are delivered in partnership with parents or guardians. We do not provide services directly to children without parental involvement.
If safeguarding concerns arise, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue services and refer to appropriate support services.
