Part 2: LivWell Family Terms and Conditions for Courses and Programmes

1. Introduction and Interpretation

These terms and conditions govern the enrolment, attendance, and participation in all pilot sessions, wellness programmes, and courses provided by LivWell Family. By completing a booking form or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be completed via our designated registration process.

Full payment or a confirmed booking arrangement must be received before the commencement of the first session of any programme.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if accurate contact or registration details are not provided.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel your place on a course, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Refunds or alternative session allocations are subject to availability and the specific timeline of the programme.

LivWell Family reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances or venue availability. In the event of a change of date or time, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund for that specific session.

4. Participant Conduct and Wellbeing

Our programmes are designed to support personal wellness and growth. Participants are expected to engage with kindness, mutual respect, and open dialogue during group sessions.

The content provided during our courses is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, course content, digital resources, design elements, and documentation provided during our sessions remain the exclusive property of LivWell Family.

You may use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distributing, sharing, or reproducing any part of the course content without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in the preparation and delivery of our wellness programmes, LivWell Family will not be liable for any personal loss, property damage, or indirect issues arising from your participation in our sessions, except where prohibited by UK law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the environment and physical space are suitable for your participation if any sessions are conducted remotely or require physical movement.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
