Reflection Sessions

A calm space to pause, reflect, and take one small step forward

Why you are here

Sometimes you don’t need a big plan.

You just need a moment to sit down, take a breath…

and gently work things through.

These sessions are designed to feel like sitting down with a cup of tea and talking things through with someone who understands.

There’s no pressure.

No expectation.

No need to have everything figured out.

Just a calm, supportive space to reflect, make sense of where you are, and begin taking one small step forward.

What this is

Life 2.0 Reflection Sessions are:

Life 2.0 Reflection Sessions are:

A calm, guided space to talk and think clearly

A supportive conversation without pressure or judgement

Focused on small, manageable steps forward

Rooted in real-life experience and professional understanding

Each session is shaped around you.

You don’t need to prepare anything.

You don’t need the “right words”.

You just need to arrive as you are.

What this is not

These sessions are not therapy or counselling.

They are not crisis support or medical treatment.

They are a reflective and supportive space, designed to help you process what you’re going through and move forward gently.

If you need clinical or therapeutic support, this should be accessed separately.

Who this is for

This may be right for you if…

You are recovering after illness or a health scare

You feel stuck after burnout or emotional exhaustion

You are navigating grief, loss, or major life change

You feel unsure of your next step

You lack confidence or clarity

You feel like you are in the “after” of something

Or simply…
you feel ready to begin moving forward, but don’t know where to start

What a session looks like

What happens in a session

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and follows a gentle, structured flow.

Arrival
We begin by slowing things down and checking in with how you are

Explore
We talk through what’s been coming up for you, what feels difficult, or what feels unclear

Focus
We gently identify what feels most important to look at in that moment

Reflect and reframe
We begin to make sense of things and see them with a little more clarity

The 1% step
We identify one small, manageable step forward
Not something overwhelming
Just something that feels possible

Closing
You leave with a clearer head, a sense of direction, and one small step to take

The 1% step

Small steps are enough

They are about small steps.
Because when everything feels overwhelming, big steps can feel too much.
But small steps are possible.
And when you take one, and realise you can…
something begins to shift.

A note from Liz

Life 2.0 wasn’t created from theory alone.
It came from lived experience.

After surviving acute liver failure and a life-saving transplant, I found myself in a place many people don’t talk about the “after”.
Although the crisis had passed, I was left trying to process what had happened, understand who I was now, and figure out how to move forward.

That experience shaped the way I work.

I understand what it feels like to be:

Overwhelmed

Unsure

And not quite yourself

And I also know that rebuilding doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in small, steady steps.
That’s the space I hold in these sessions.
A calm place to sit, talk things through, and take that first step.

How this fits with Life 2.0

Standalone or alongside the course

Reflection Sessions can be:

Taken alongside the Life 2.0 programme

Used as follow-on support

Booked as a standalone session

Some people prefer the group space.
Others prefer one-to-one.
Both are equally valid.
