Have you ever felt like life has gently or abruptly knocked you off course. Perhaps you are navigating the aftermath of illness, loss, or burnout. Maybe you are holding the weight of anxiety and stress, or you have simply arrived at a crossroads where you know something within your story needs to change.
Life 2.0 was created for these exact moments. It is a gentle, intentional invitation to move from simply surviving to living with deep purpose, confidence, and hope.
Born From the Heart
This programme was created by Liz Wells following her own profound journey through critical illness, a liver transplant, recovery, and rebuilding life after trauma. Life 2.0 beautifully combines her lived experience with practical wellbeing tools, guided reflection, and personal development strategies to help you step softly into your next chapter.
It is important to know what this space is, and what it is not. This is not clinical counselling, nor is it group therapy or a rigid classroom environment. Instead, think of it as a warm sanctuary and a supportive community. It is a place to pause, breathe, reflect, and grow alongside others who truly understand.
The Five Week Journey
Week One | Your Life 2.0 Journey Begins Understanding where you are right now and gently exploring where you wish to go.
Week Two | Healing the Invisible Honouring the impact of your experiences and discovering healthy pathways forward.
Week Three | Finding Worth and Rebuilding Identity Reconnecting with your inner confidence, your value, and your authentic self belief.
Week Four | Unpacking the Past Reflecting on the chapters that shaped you and learning how to move forward without being held back by them.
Week Five | Building Your Future Creating practical steps and a personal wellness blueprint for your continued growth.
Is This Space For You
This pilot is designed for adults who are rebuilding after major life transitions, illness, or grief. If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with confidence, or simply searching for direction, you are welcome here.
You do not need to have your entire life figured out, nor do you need any prior experience. You simply need an open heart and a readiness to take the next step forward.
To help us capture the essence of this special journey and share our message with others, please note that we will be gently documenting some of our time together through photography and filming. These visuals will be used with the utmost care for our course development and future marketing, helping us bring the heart of this programme to even more people who need it.
